Identity Verification Policy

Before a user can post content on RichSubs, they must complete the identity verification process.

Age Requirement

To start identity verification a user must be at least 18 years of age and must have reached the age of majority in their respective location, adhering to the requirement that all users must be of legal age.

Identity Verification Procedure

User identity is verified through a third-party service, Veriff ("Service Provider"), using:

  • Face Recognition Technology: Analyzes facial features for identity verification.
  • Photo and Video Selfies: You will submit these for verification purposes.
  • ID Document Photos: You must provide photos of your official identification documents.

Data Storage and Security

Both RichSubs and Veriff commit to securely storing your data in compliance with our respective Privacy Policies.

Identity Re-verification

We may occasionally ask you to re-verify your identity while you maintain an account with us, to ensure that you are indeed the account holder.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by providing written notice to the Company. However, doing so may result in the suspension of your access to the RichSubs platform or some functionality may be limited, as identity verification is crucial for our services. Moderation

After successful Veriff verification, user profile will be reviewed by our moderation team. Some pending content and user profile information may be adjusted or removed.

Content Review & Moderation

  1. After completing the Identity Verification, users are allowed to post Content on RichSubs.
  2. All User Content is reviewed by our moderation team before publication.
  3. If we determine that the content violates our Terms of Service, the service reserves the right to remove the Content and/or report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Consent and Verification

Users can only post photos and videos and other materials featuring themselves without obtaining prior consent. If the uploaded content includes other individuals, it must comply with the following conditions:

  • All individuals must be mentioned during the publication.
  • Individuals should have an account on RichSubs and should have successfully completed the identity verification process.
  • Each individual should explicitly give consent for publication by responding to the registered email from RichSubs Team before the content goes live.
